The bake element in our Viking double wall oven burned out right before a dinner party — the bottom oven had no heat at all, and the top was running about 40 degrees low. The OPUS technician found a cracked bake element in the lower oven and a drifting thermostat in the upper. He had the OEM element on the truck and recalibrated the thermostat on the spot.
